Fish Moley

Ingredients

Fish – ½ kg (After Cleaning)

Crushed Pepper – 1+1 Teaspoon

Turmeric Powder – ½ + ¼ Teaspoon

Salt – ¾ + 1½ Teaspoon

Lime / Lemon Juice – 1 Teaspoon

Coconut Oil – 3+2 Tablespoons

Cardamom – 4 Nos

Clove – 6 Nos

Cinnamon Stick – 3 Inch Piece

Ginger – 1½ Inch Piece

Garlic – 8 Cloves

Green Chilli – 4 Nos

Onion – 1 No (125 gm)

Curry Leaves – 2 Sprigs

Coriander Powder – 1 Teaspoon

Thin Coconut Milk – 1½ Cup

Tomato – 1 No

Thick Coconut Milk – 1 Cup

Vinegar – ½ Tablespoon

Preparation

Marinate fish with pepper crushed, turmeric,salt, and lemon juice, then keep aside for 1/2 hrs. Fry the marinated fish after 1/2 hrs.In the same pan , add spices, heat it well, next add ginger chopped, garlic and chilly chopped, fry it well, next add onion and curry leaves, saute it well, now add masalas, once the raw smell gone add coconut milk, add salt, boil it well, next add fish and tomato, add pepper and curry leaves, once it cooked well add thick coconut milk and vinegar, after mixing well , heat it well, and turn off flame.
