maida-1 cup
oil
salt
lukewarm water
for filling
oil
ginger-1 tsp
green chilly-2
curry leaves
onion
salt
turmeric
chilly powder
garam masala
beef crushed
coriander leaves
egg mix
egg-5
milk-1/4 cup
sugar
cardamom
salt
pepper powder
Preparation
For maida dough, add all ingredients in a bowl, knead it well and make soft dough, then divide the dough into small balls, flattern it to thin chapathies, then just half cook this in a tawa , keep aside.
For masala, heat oil in a pan, add ginger, chilly, curry leaves and onion, saute it well , add salt and masala, after mixing well add crushed beef, mix all for combine, then finally add coriander leaves, then turn off flame.
For egg mix, add all ingredients in a blender, blend it well and transfer to a bowl.
Take a chapathi, dip in egg mix, then put in a pan, add fillings, spread evenly above the chapathi, next put second chapathi after dipping egg mix, next masala, and repeat this until the whole filling done, finally pour the leftover egg mix above the chattipathiri, now cook in low flame, after sometime flip it to cook another side.
