Broken wheat , banana snack

Ingredients

broken wheat-1 cup

sugar-1/2 cup

cardamom

turmeric-1/4 tsp

water

salt-1 pinch

cashews-1/4 cup

raisins-1/4 cup

coconut-1/4 cup

banana-2

sugar-3 tsp

ghee

banana-2

Preparation

Soak broken wheat for 2 hrs, then grind it with sugar, salt, cardamom and water, make fine paste then keep aside. Heat ghee in a pan, add cashews and raisins, roast it well , next add coconut, after roasting it well add banana and sugar, saute it until it become soft and mushy, then mix it with wheat batter, after combine well pour it to a mould, then steam it for 20-30 minutes.
