Aval unda

Ingredients

Poha-1 1/2 glass

jaggerry

coconut

cashews

cardamom

Preparation

Dry roast poha in a pan, once it become crispy transfer it to a plate, then roast cashews too. Grind the aval into fine powder, crush cashews, then mix it together, then add coconut and jaggerry, after crushing,add cardamom powder combine all well, make small balls.
