Bun dosa

Ingredients

for dosa

Rice-1 1/2 cup

Coconut-1 cup

Aval-1/2 cup

Methi seeds-1/2 tsp

Ginger small piece

Green chilli 3 nos

Curry leaves as required

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves as required

Oil

urad dal

mustard seeds

for Chammanthi

Onion

Tomato

Green chilli

Ginger garlic

Pottukadala

Red chili powder

Salt to taste

Preparation

Soak rice for 4 hrs , then grind it with poha and coconut by adding required water, then after mixing well keep overnight or 8 hrs for fermentation. Next morning, add salt to the batter, then roast ginger, chilly, curry leaves, pop mustards and urad dal to the batter, mix all well. Heat a tawa, pour the batter, cook thick bun dosa.

For chammanthi, saute all the ingredients in the list, then grind it into fine paste.
