Chicken leg–2 ( 450 g)

Salt– 1/4 tsp

Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp

Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp

Lime juice –1 tsp

2 nd marinate

Almond- 10

Cashewnuts– 1 tbsp

Cumin- 1/4 tsp

Garlic -5

Ginger-1 piece

Onion -1

Coriander powder- 3/4 tsp

Arabic masala– 1/4 tsp( recipe in the discription below)

Pepper powder -1/4 tsp Green

chilli- 2-3

Curd -21/2 tbsp

Cream– 2 tbsp

Dry Fenugreek leaves—- 1 tsp

Salt -1 tsp

Butter- 1 tbsp

Bay leaf-1

Cardamom – 1

Clove -1

Cream -2 tbsp

Sugar -1/2 tsp

Coriander leaves/ Parsley— few

Preparation

Take chicken pieces in a plate, add first marination ingredients, coat the ingredients in chicken, cover the plates, keep in fridge. For second marination, grind almonds,cashews soaked, garlic, ginger, chilly and other ingredients in the recipe list, then grind it into fine paste, marinate chicken with this paste, next add charcol piece, and smoke the chicken, then rest chicken for 2 hrs.Heat a pan, add butter, then fry chicken both sides, add spices to the chicken, then add leftover masala paste, and some water, then cook it well, finally add fresh cream and sugar, after mixing well turn off flame.
