coconut milk

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add onion,chilly, ginger, garlic and curry leaves, mix well, add salt and saute it well, next add masalas, mix it until the raw smell gone, next add tomato,cook until it become soft, now add cashew paste, after mix it well add coconut milk, once it absorbs in curry add masala and egg boiled, mix well.
