Ingredients
Potato-200 gm
peas frozen-100 gm
turmeric-1/4+1/2 tsp
salt
vegetable oil-1/2 cup
cumin-1 tsp
onion-2
green chillies-2
cumin powder-1 tsp
red chilly powder-2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
tomatoes-3
water-1 1/2 cup
ghee-1 tsp
coriander leaves
Preparation
Boil water with salt and turmeric, add potatoes and matar, cook it well. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, onion and chilly, saute it well, next add masalas , ginger garlic and salt, mix until the raw smell gone, now add tomato paste, mix well, then cook until oil separates, add water, after mixing well add cooked potato and matar, then cook it for 2-3 minutes, add ghee and coriander leaves.
