Rice powder (pathiri podi)-1 1/2 glass
Grated coconut-3/4 glass

Salt-
Sugar-3 tsp
Coconut water-1 glass
dry yiest-1 tsp
Preparation
Add all the ingredients in a mixie jar, grind it into fine paste, then transfer it to a vessel, mix it with a laddle, rest the batter for 4 hrs, take a greased plate pour the batter, then steam cook this.
