for dough
maida-2 cup
salt
water
oil-2 tbsp
black cumin-1 tsp
for potato masala
boiled potato-1
chilly flakes
onion-1
garam masala-1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
turmeric-1/2 tsp
salt
for onion masala
oil
ginger,garlic, chilly chopped
onion-2
salt
turmeric-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
fennel-1 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
hot water
eggs-4
Preparation
For dough, add maida,oil,salt and black cumin to a bowl, after mixing well add water , knead it well and make a soft dough, then keep aside.
For potato masala, mix all in a bowl.
For onion masala, saute onion,ginger,garlic and chilly in a pan, add masalas into it cook until it become aromatic.
Dicide boiled egg into 2 portions. Take a ball sized potato masala, then put onion masala, add egg half, then cover it, wrap it with maida sheet, finally deep fry it in hot oil.
