Ingredients

mutton-1 1/2 kg
bayleaf,cloves, cardamom,cinnamon
onion-1
salt
water-1 cup
for masala
oil

green chilly-2-3
ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
tomato puree-4 tomato
salt
curd-250 gm
garam masala-1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
basmati rice-800 gm
Preparation
Cook mutton with spices, onion, salt and water in a pressure cooker. Heat a pan, add cooking oil, then add onion saute it well, add chilly and ginger garlic paste, saute until the raw smell gone, next add masalas, mix all well , add yogurt, tomato puree and salt, boil it well, add mutton , mix well, add cooked water of meat, then add soaked basmati rice, cook rice well with this masala.
