Creamy chicken curry

Ingredients

Chicken – 500 grams

Oil – 1 1/2 tbsp

Onion – 2 medium

Cashew nuts – 10 nos

For marination

Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tsp

Green chilli – 2 nos

Fresh cream – 1 tbsp

Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

For curry

Cloves – 3 nos

Cardamom – 3 nos

Bay leaves – 2 nos

Water – 1/2 cup

Salt for taste

Preparation

Marinate chicken with yogurt, masalas, salt, lemon juice, chilly,ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves and fresh cream, then smoke it with a charcol for 30 minutes. Saute onion with cashews, then grind it into fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add spices, then add onion paste and chicken, after mixing it cook it well.
