Preparation

Cook beef and potato with water and salt, then take potatoes from it and mash it well. Crush beef in a mixie jar.Heat a pan, add oil, then add onion, after sauting it well add ginger garlic, chilly and salt, cook well, then add masalas, mix well, then add mashed potato and beef, combine all well, after 2 minutes turn off flame. Allow it to cool, then make cutlets using a mould or your hand, dip it in egg mix and coat bread crumbs, finally fry it in hot oil.
