Preparation

Roast wheat flour for 4 minutes, then transfer it to a bowl, add salt,oil and hot water, mix it well, once the heat it gone knead it with your hand and make soft dough, fill the dough in idiyappam press, press idiyappam to idli mould, add coconut , then steam it well.
