Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup water
salt
For filling
6 boiled potatoes
ginger garlic paste 1 and 1/2/tbsp
green chilli
oil
turmeric pwdr
onion chopped
garam masala 1/4 tsp
coriander leaves
salt
Preparation
Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt and water, knead it well and make a soft dough.Rest for 1/2 hrs.
For filling, heat oil in a pan, add crushed ginger garlic, saute it well, next add chilly, onion and turmeric powder, mix all well, next add grated potato and coriander leaves, mix all well, then turn off flame.
Divide dough into equal small balls, flattern it like chapathi, add the filling, fold it from 3 sides, then shallow fry it in a pan.
