Carrot pudding

Ingredients

carrot-3

milk-1 ltr

sugar-1 cup

china grass-10 gm

nuts

milkmaid-1/2 cup

coconut milk-1 cup

Preparation

Cook carrot in a steamer, then grind it with nuts,milkmaid and coconut milk. Boil milk with sugar and china grass, then add carrot mix, cook until it become thick, then transfer it to a mould, then allow it to cool in fridge for 2 hrs.
