Mulak chammanthi

Ingredients

Dried red chilli-10 nos

Shallots-1 cup

Tamarind-1/2 inch size

Curry leaves

Salt

Coconut oil

Preparation

Heat coconut oil in a pan, add dry red chilly, fry it well, next add shallots, saute it well, add tamarind and curry leaves into it, mix all well, then grind these ingredients into coarse paste with adding salt, finally add some coconut oil.
