Ingredients
maida-1cup
turmeric powder-1/4ts
egg-1
salt for taste
water as required
for filling:
ghee-1tb
cashew -1handfull
raisins-1handfull
sugar-2tb
cardomon powder-1ts
Preparation
For batter, add maida to a bowl, add turmeric and salt,add water and mix it with a whisk, add egg, whisk it well. For filling, heat ghee in a bowl, add cashews and kismis, roast it well, add coconut, and sugar, mix all well,now add cardamom powder, turn off flame. Heat a tawa, pour maida batter, make thin dosas, finally add filling to cooked dosas.
