Preparation
Soak urad dal for 4 hrs then grind it without water, and make smooth paste, transfer it to a bowl, mix it with your hand for 5 minute, then rest the dough for 2 hrs. Then add salt and other ingredients, mix well, now make crispy uzhunnuvada.
