amrutham podi-1/2 cup
peanut-1 cup

water-3 tbsp
ghee-1 tsp
Preparation
Heat a pan, add amrutham podi, roast it well and keep aside. Roast peanut in the same pan, after removing peels grind it roughly. Caramalise sugar in a pan, add water, mix well, then add amrutham podi, mix it well with a spatula, then add peanut and ghee, mix all well, then transfer it to a mould, set it well, then allow it to cool, then you can cut it.
