Ingredients
netholi fish-250 gm
garlic-10-15
shallots-10
fennel-1/2 tsp
curry leaves
green chilly-6
salt
turmeric-1/2 tsp
tamarind juice-1 tbsp
Preparation
Take a mixie jar, add spices, masalas, salt and vegetables, grind it into fine paste, marinate fish with this masala, rest this for 1 hour, then take a banana leaf, add the fish, fold it well, then steam cook in idli maker.
