Vella Paniyaaram

Ingredients

raw rice-1 glass

urad dal-1/2 glass

salt

onion-1

green chilly-2

ginger

curry leaves

coriander leaves

oil

Preparation

Soak rice and urad dal for 4 hrs. Then grind it into fine paste, then add chopped vegetables, and salt, mix well. Heat oil in unniyappam pan, then pour batter to each hole, fry both sides.
