water-1 1/2 glass
Preparation
Heat a pan, add semolina , roast it well, then transfer it to a plate. Add oil to the pan, pop mustards, then add curry leaves, green chilly, onion and ginger, saute it well, next add water and salt, allow it to boil, now add semolina, mix well, and cook until it become perfect consistency.
