Ingredients
Small Sardine – 10 no
Small onion – 7
Grated coconut – 3/4 cup ( 1 cup is 250 ml )
Ginger – 1.5 inch
Tamarind- a small gooseberry sized
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 2.5 tsp + 2 tsp
Pepper- 1/2 tsp
Coconut oil
Curry leaves ,
salt and water
Preparation
For marination, add turmeric, chilly powder, salt and water to make paste, then marinate fish with this masala. Fry fish after 10 minutes. Take a mixie jar, add shallots, ginger, chilly, tamarind, coconut, chilly powder, pepper corn, salt and curry leaves, finally add fried fish, then grind it, transfer it to a pan, heat it until it become dry.
