Wheat kanji and puzhukk

Ingredients

For puzhukk

cow beans-1/2 cup

raw banana -1

yam-50-100 gm

coconut-1/2 handful

salt

curry leaves

coconut oil

chilly powder- 1 1/2 tsp

turmeric-1/2 spoon

For kanji

broken wheat-1 cup

coconut-1 1/2 cup

salt

water

Preparation

wash wheat well, then soak it for 15-20 minutes, next transfer it to a pressure cooker, add salt and water, cook for 3 whistle, add coconut and mix well.

For puzhukk,cook cow beans in a pressure cooker, then add other vegetables with, masalas, salt and water, finally add raw coconut oil, curry leaves and coconut.
