Kozhuva fish – 500 gm

Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp

Kashmiri Chilli powder – 2 tbsp

Pepper Powder- 1 tsp

Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp

Corn flour – 2 tbsp

Maida – 1 tsp

Rice flour – 1 tsp

Lemon juice- 1.5 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp

Coconut oil

Salt

curry leaves

Preparation

Take fish in a bowl, add other ingredients, marinate well, rest for 15 minutes , then fry in hot oil.
