INGREDIENTS
Rice flour -1cup
Water -1cup

Salt to taste
Ayamodakam(Ajwain) -1/2 tsp (or cumin seeds)
Oil
Chilli powder -1/2tsp
Chaat masala -1/2 tsp(optional)
Preparation
Boil water with salt and ajjwain, then add rice flour and mix well, knead the flour into soft dough, then flattern it and cut it into triangular shape, finally fry all nachos, spread chilly powder and salt above it.
