coriander leaves-1 handful

Preparation

Heat a pressure cooker, add coconut oil, heat it well, then add spices, after roasting well add ginger, garlic, chilly and onion, mix well, add potato and curry leaves, then cover the lid of the cooker, cook for 2-3 whistle, then open the cooker after the pressure gone, mash potatoes, then add masala, saute it well, add tomato and boiled egg, finally add coconut milk. For seasoning, pop mustards in coconut oil, add curry leaves and dry red chilly into it, roast it well and add to curry.
