Moringa leaf paripp curry

Ingredients

dal

tomato-1

shallots-15

water

salt

turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1/2 tsp

coconut-1/2

cumin-1/2 tsp

garlic-5

moringa leaf

oil

mustards

shallots

dry red chilly

Preparation

Add dal to a pressure cooker, add shallots, tomato, masalas, salt and required water , cook for 4 whistle. grind coconut with cumin, and garlic, then add to curry, add water, boil it well, next add moringa leaf, cook it well. Finally for seasoning, pop mustard in coconut oil, add shallots and dry red chilly, roast it well and add to curry.
