Ingredients
maida-2 cup
water-3 cup
rice flour-1/4 cup
salt a pinch
ghee-1 cup
cardamom powder-1 tbsp
jaggerry-300 gm
Preparation
Take a strainer add maida, sieve it into a bowl, add cardamom, and water, mix it well, add salt, then pour it to a pan into a strainer, next add jaggerry melted into it, now turn on flame, stir it well, once it become thick add ghee, stir again, add more ghee, stir it again, next add peanuts, mix well, once the ghee separates from halwa, transfer this to a bowl, level it well then allow it to cool before cutting.
