Carrot cake

Ingredients

Maida 1cup

Egg 2

Sugar 1/2cup

butter 85g or Oil

carrot 80g

vanilla essence or extract

Baking powder 1 tsp

baking soda 1/2tsp

vanilla essence 3/4 tsp

salt 1/4 tsp

walnuts chopped ( optional)

cinnamon powder 3/4tsp

nutmeg a pinch

ginger powder

cardamom powder

Cream cheese

frosting cream

cheese butter

vanilla essence

powdered sugar

Preparation

Add eggs to a mixing bowl, add sugar, and essance, mix well, then add butter and carrot, mix again. Take maida, add baking soda, baking powder, spice powders, mix all well, then add it to the egg mix into a strainer, fold it with a spatula, then pour it to a cake tin, after taping it bake it for 40 minutes.

for froasting, take cream cheese and add to a bowl, add butter, vanilla essance, beat it well , next add powdered sugar, beat it again.

Take cake, cut it into 2 layer, put first layer in a cake top, add cream level it well, next add second layer, cover it with cream, decorate it as you can.
