Preparation

Soak matta rice overnight, then wash it well and strain out from water, add rice in mixie jar, grind it into coarse powder, then keep aside. Marinate chicken with the masalas then cook in a pressure cooker, then cut chicken into small pieces. Heat a pan, add oil, once it heats well add curry leaves, chilly , and ginger garlic, saute it well, next add onion, add salt and saute it well, add masalas and tomato cook until it become soft, now add chicken pieces, mix well, cook until the gravy become dry.

Take putt maker, add coconut, next add chicken masala, then rice flour, atlast fill with masala, then steam cook this.
