Vermicelli Gheer

Ingredients

ghee- 1 1/2 tbsp

vermicelli-75 gm

milk-1 ltr

milk maid

salt

water-2 cup

ghee

cashews

banana pieces

sugar

Preparation

Heat a pan, add ghee, once it melts add vermicelli, roast it well, now add milk and milkmaid, mix and boil it well, stir continously, caramalise sugar, then add to paayasam, cook until it become thick, finally add roasted peanut and banana.
