Ingredients
cauli flower-1
gram flour-1 3/4 cup
water-1 cup
chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp
ajjwain -1/2 tsp
white sesame seeds-1/2 tsp
fennel -1 tsp
hing-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
baking soda-1/2 tsp
oil
Preparation
Boil water with salt and vinegar, soak califlower pieces for 15 minutes, then strain out from water. In a bowl add other ingredients, after mixing well add water to make thick paste, add cauliflower into it, mix well, then fry it in hot oil.
