Chicken Kondattam

Ingredients

for marinate chicken

Chicken -1/2 kg( breast pieces)

chilly pwder-1 tbsp

coriander powder-1/2 tbsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp

lemon juice-1 lemon

salt

for frying

oil

curry leaves

chilly flakes

shallots-20

salt

ginger garlic paste-1/2 tbsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

garam masala-1/2 tsp

tomato sauce-1/4 cup

water

Preparation

Marinate chicken with above mentioned ingredients, keep in fridge for 1 hr. Heat oil for frying, add chicken, fry it well, then transfer it to a plate, add chilly flakes to the pan, roast it, next add shallots and salt, saute it well, then add ginger garlic paste, masalas, sauce and water one bye one, cook it well, next add chicken, mix with masala, close the lid, cook for 10 minutes.
