INGREDIENTS:
Bread – 4 slices
Egg – 2 nos
Onion – small chopped
Carrot – 1/4 cup grated / chopped
Green chillies
Pepper powder
Curry leaves/ coriander leaves
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Tomato ketchup
Cheese sheet – 1 no
Salt to taste
Preparation
Add chopper vegetables in a bowl, add egg, salt and turmeric, mix all well. Heat a pan, add oil, pour egg mix, cook both side, then cut it into 2 pieces. Toast bread with butter, add cheese slice above the bread, then put the omlet piece, cover it with another piece of bread with sauce.
