Ingredients
maida-3 cup
sugar-3 tsp
salt
baking powder-1/2 tsp
water
ghee-2 tsp
egg-1
milk-1/4 cup
lemon juice-1 lemon
Preparation
Add maida to a bowl, add other ingredients into it, mix all well, add water, knead it well, and make a soft dough, rest 1 hour. After 1 hour, take the dough, knead it again, then divide it into equal parts. Flattern it maximum, then spread oil and dust, fold it and make wheel shape, do it for another balls,rest 10 more minutes then flattern it again and cook in a tawa. Finally tap all.
