Masala Peanut

Ingredients

gram flour-1/4 cup

corn flour-1 tbsp

chilly powder-1/2 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

kashmiri chilly powder-1/2 tsp

ginger garlic crushed

salt

water

peanut-1/2 cup

curry leaves

Preparation

Mix all masalas in a bowl, add water to make a thick paste, add peanut, mix with masalas, then keep in fridge for 1 hour. Heat oil for frying, add curry leaves, fry it well, then transfer to a plate, then fry peanuts in batches.
