Preparation

Clean fish and put lines, then marinate it with salt,turmeric and chilly powder, then rest for 10 minutes.Fry the fish.Heat a claypot, put a banana leaf, add coconut oil, add the fish above it, pour second extract of coconut milk, add chilly , tamarind, hing and salt, boil it well, once the water dissolves, add thick coconut milk, raw coconut oil and curry leaves, mix well, then turn off flame.
