Ginger Carlic. 1/2 tbsp

Green chilli. 1
Curry Leaves
Garam masala
Chilly Powder
Tumeric powder
Bread Crumbs

Preparation
Remove sides of bread and keep aside. Grate boiled eggs. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste then saute it well, add onion, after sauting it well add chilly and curry leaves, mix all well, next add masala, cook it well, next add egg grated, mix all well, add some coriander leaves, then turn off flame. Take a bread slice, dip in water, add masala and fold it, make ball shape then coat in bread crumbs, after doing this, fry all balls.
