Ingredients
basmati rice-1 cup
water-2 cup
ginger
garlic-4
green chilly-3-4
carrot-1
beans-5
onion-1
potato-1
green peas-1/4 cup
spices
ghee/sunflower oil
cashews and kismis
Preparation
Heat a pressure cooker, add ghee/oil, then roast cashews and kismis, transfer it to a plate, add spices into the cooker, after heat it well add ginger garlic, then add chilly and onion, saute it well, next add vegetables, mix it well, next add rice, mix it about 2 minutes, now add water, add salt and lemon juice, cover the cooker and cook it for 1 whistle.
