Ingredients

basmati rice-4 cup
chicken-1 kg
turmeric-1/2 tbsp
salt
oil-6 tbsp
cinnamon stick-6
pepper -1 tbsp
cumin-3/4 tbsp
ginger- 1 1/2 tsp
garlic chopped-1 1/2 tsp
onion-3
tomato-4
chicken stock-2
dry lemon-2
majboose masala-4 tbsp
hot water-6 cup
green chilly
coriander leaves
Preparation
Marinate chicken with turmeric and salt, then fry it. Heat oil in a tawa, add cinnamon stick and pepper, fry it, then add ginger and garlic, mix well, next add onion, saute it well, next add tomato, mix all well and cook until it become soft, next add chicken stock, next masala and dry lemon, after mixing well add water, then add rice, mix well, and cook it well. Once the rice is cooked add green chilly and coriander leaves, then cover the lid for 5 minutes.Now majboose is ready.
