Ingredients
milk
maida-2 tbsp
sugar
butter-2 tbsp
corn flour-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Melt butter in a pan, add maida, mix well, keep the flame low, then add milk, stir it well, remove lumps, next add sugar, mix well, cook until it become thick, then transfer it to a mould. For topping, add corn flour in a bowl, add water, and mix it well, then keep aside. Heat a pan, add sugar, caramalise it, then add corn flour mix, stir it well, once it become thick, pour it above maida mix, level it with a spoon, keep this in fridge, then you can use it.
