Ingredients
Beef – 1 kg
Turmeric Powder – ½ + ¼ Teaspoon
Chilli Powder – ½ Tablespoon
Crushed Pepper – 1 Teaspoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) – 1 + 1¼ Teaspoon
Water – ¼ Cup (60 ml)
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 Tablespoons
Corn Flour – 3 Tablespoons
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 Tablespoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1½ Tablespoon
Garam Masala – ½ Teaspoon (OR) Meat Masala – 1 Teaspoon
Crushed Fennel Seed – ½ Teaspoon
Lime Juice / Vinegar – 1 Tablespoon
Cooking Oil – For deep fry
Green Chilli – 5 Nos
Curry Leaves – 4 Sprigs
Preparation
Cook beef with masalas, salt and water in a pressure cooker.After cooling it cut it into long slices.Marinate beef with, ginger garlic,corn flour,chilly flakes,kashmiri chilly powder,turmeric, garam masala, crushed fennel , lemon juice ,salt and beef stock, mix it well and rest for 1/2 hrs. Heat oil in a pan, fry beef in this oil.
