Ingredients
coconut-1 cup
shallots-3
chilly powder-2 1/2 tbsp
turmeric -1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
fennel-1/4 tsp
tomato
curry leaves
green chilly
salt
coconut milk-2 cup
pot tamarind
coconut oil
fennel-1/4 tsp
shallots chopped
curry leaves
Preparation
Grind coconut with masalas and shallots.Take a clay pot add tomato, green chilly and curry leaves, mix well, then add coconut paste, required water and salt, mix well, then add coconut milk and tamarind, boil it well then add fish, cook it well. Finally add fried onion and fenugreek into it.
