Ingredients
Peanut-2 cup
garlic paste-1 tsp
gram flour-1/2 cup
rice flour-1/4 cup
turmeric-1/4 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-2 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
hing-1/2 spoon
fennel powder-1/4 spoon
curry leaves
oil
water
salt
Preparation
Wash peanut, then add garlic paste, salt and turmeric, after mixing well add other masalas and flours, mix well,then add water with a spoon, mix it well. Heat oil for frying, add some curry leaves, after frying it keep aside, then fry peanuts, finally mix all, add some chilly powder, mix all well.
