Appam and egg moli

Ingredients

for appam

raw rice-1 1/2 cup

coconut-3/4 cup

cooked rice-1/2 cup

coconut water-2 glass

sugar-2 tbsp

salt

for egg moli

egg-6

onion-2

ginger and garlic crushed-2 tbsp each

chilly-8-9

tomato-1

cinnamon stick

cardamom

coconut oil-2 tbsp

coconut milk-2 cup

curry leaves

salt

turmeric-1/2 tsp

coriander powder-2 tbsp

pepper powder-2 tsp

fennel powder-1 tsp

Preparation

for appam, mix coconut water with sugar, then keep 1 day for fermentation. Soak rice for 6 hrs. Grind rice with, coconut water mix, cooked rice and coconut, and make a soft batter.Keep overnight.Then add salt, after mixing well make appam.

For curry,take a idli making plate, break each eggs into the holes, then steam it well, and demould it from the holes.Heat a pan, add coconut oil, heat it well, then pop mustards, add spices, after roasting it well add chopped vegetables one bye one, saute it well, then add masalas, finally add coconut milk and egg, boil it well.
