Liver fry

Ingredients

coconut oil-2 tbsp

onion-2

salt

garlic-8

ginger-medium size

green chilly-1

curry leaves-2 string

pepper powder-1 tsp

fennel powder-1 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

pepper powder-1 tsp

garam masala-1 tsp

coriander powder-1 1/2 tsp

liver-1/2 kg

salt

water

Preparation

Heat a kadai in stovetop, add coconut oil, then add onion, saute it well, next add ginger, garlic, chilly and curry leaves, saute again, then add masalas, cook well to become aromatic, now add liver, mix well, add salt and water to cook, cover the lid cook until it become dry.
