Thenga Chammanthi

Ingredients :

Grated coconut – 1 cup

Shallots – 4 ( medium size)

Green chilli – 1

Ginger – very small piece (1/4″ size)

Tamarind – very small gooseberry size

Curry leaves

Chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp

Water – 1/2 tsp

Salt

Preparation

Add all ingredients in a mixie jar, grind into fine paste.
