Preparation

Add all these ingredients in a bowl, mix well, then knead it to make a dough, rest it for 1/2 hrs. Again knead it well, then cut it into small balls,flat it into thin chapathies, roll the chapathies from both sides, then roll it together, tap it well, then flattern it. Heat a tawa, spread oil, put the porotta, cook both sides, finally, tap all together.
